-Over 25 different rum brands to sample, sip, and savor.

-Live Samba band 'The Pagode Project'

-3rd Annual Mojito Olympics sponsored by Bacardi

-Tropical dinner buffet provided by Octo Waterfront Grill

-El Dorado Cocktail Hour (for V.I.P.s only 6-7pm) including El Dorado rum cocktails, butlered hors d'oeuvres, goody bags, and an extra hour to party
