Philadelphia got a splash of Hollywood glamour during this year’s 81st Annual Academy Awards! Moet & Chandon, the exclusive champagne of the Oscars,hosted an Oscars screening party on Sunday, February 22nd in La Bourse at the Sofitel. Approximately 150 guests donned their most stylish cocktail attire to walk to red carpet before settling in to watch in anticipation as this year’s winners were revealed. Moet & Chandon served individual bottles of bubbly and Oscar-themed champagne cocktails such as the Red Carpet Fizz and Ultimate Accolade, and the Sofitel provided tasty cuisine and decadent desserts. Guests also participated in an Oscar pool for the chance to win luxurious prizes. Moet & Chandon’s Center City Oscar soiree was part of a nationwide celebration, with similar events occurring at the same time in stylish cities across the country.
