(70 photos; 49,500 photo views) Despite snow, freezing temperatures and icy roads hundreds of people gathered in Philadelphia's Fairmount section for the 13th Annual Reindeer Romp donating toys and coats for Toys For Tots and Feel The Warmth. A special thanks goes out to The United States Marine Corps, Feel The Warmth and the many volunteers who made this year's Romp an amazing event. Thank you to all who braved the elements!
