10 photos; 14,940 photo views Over 150 guests gathered at the Cescaphe Ballroom in Northern Liberties to attend the Morgan & Smokey Brown Foundation’s 1st Annual Spring Fling. Guests enjoyed a gourmet buffet, dancing and live music by the Sensational Soul Cruisers. City Councilwoman Joan L. Krajewski, a product of the Philadelphia Archdiocese Catholic School System and Port Richmond native, awarded MSBF Founder Patrick Brown with a City Council citation that will be presented to him by a representative at the Spring Fling.
